External working group

The External Working Group sees itself as a platform for all matters and topics relating to the professional practice of external data protection officers in the BvD.

The working group regularly offers its members the opportunity for exchange and further training through lectures and workshops on specific issues relating to external data protection officers.

At its meetings, the working group focuses on specific topics proposed by its members.

We are always pleased to hear from BvD members who are interested in joining our working group.

Meetings

The External Working Group meets regularly three times a year, usually in presence at conveniently located places in Germany over two days.

The second meeting regularly takes place as a one-day meeting following the BvD Association Days in Berlin.
