In addition to developing text modules on the role and added value of the data protection officer and the long-term monitoring of evaluation processes for the BDSG and the GDPR, the committee also prepares short-term statements by the BvD on current legislative proposals.
Meetings
The Legal & Policy Committee meets every 1 to 2 weeks depending on the workload – currently as a video conference due to the current situation.
