Working group for waste disposal and utility companies

Data protection officers from municipal, regional and nationwide utilities and waste disposal companies as well as companies in the renewable energy sector are organized in the AK Entsorgungs- und Versorgungsunternehmen, or AK EVU for short.

The agenda of the EVU working group includes questions on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the new German Federal Data Protection Act. It will also address industry-specific issues, such as the impact of KRITIS on utility companies.

Der AK EVU trifft sich zweimal jährlich. Die Treffen gehen üblicherweise über einen Tag und dauern von 09:30 Uhr bis ungefähr 16:30 Uhr. Der AK EVU sucht noch Mitstreiter. Interessierte melden sich bitte beim Sprecher.
