LfDI Baden-Württemberg guidebook and position statement by the Article 29 Working Party on data protection for employees
The Baden-Württemberg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (LfDI) has issued a guidebook on the protection of employee data. The Article 29 Group published a position statement on this.
The 42-page LfDI Baden-Württemberg guidebook for employee data protection deals with issues and data protection assessment by way of cases grouped according to topics and offers practical tips.
The Article 29 Group position statement (in English) deals with the protection of employee data, also taking into account the GDPR.
