The 95thData Protection Conference of the Data Protection Supervisory Authorities took place on 25./26.04.2018, simultaneously with the BvD Association Day 2018. The results are available online on the LDI NRW homepage.
Positioning on the applicability of the Telemedia Actis also provided here, for instance, as is an Orientation aid on whistleblowing hotlines. Of interest not only to all Data Protection Officers: Opinion on the obligation to appoint pursuant to Art. 37 Para. 1 lit. d GDPR.
Short paper No. 18 was also published, almost “incidentally”: “Risks to the rights and freedom of natural persons”.
