DATEV Data protection fact sheets

The DATEV eG publishes “Data protection fact sheets” for reference by tax consultants when preparing their results.A document describing the context and where to find what information and for what purpose is also available.
The Entry level document for the responsible officer as per GDPR when using DATEV products has five chapters (“About this document”, “Area of application”, “Working with this guideline”, “Duties under the GDPR”and “Reacting to the rights of affected persons under the GDPR”) discussing the applications of this information.

This allows central tracing of essential information on the envisaged use of DATEV products.This website will offer the consulting Data Protection Officer useful information, including the Description of services.
